Michelle’s diet is mostly driven by what makes her feel good and helps her perform. “I eat a lot of dairy. I just feel like I do really well when I’m on it,” she says. The same goes for vegetables. “I really don’t like them, but I’ve started forcing myself to eat them and now I enjoy it.” Her best tip to get more greens? “I add them to things that I like eating, like pasta,” she says.
