Michelle’s diet is mostly driven by what makes her feel good and helps her per­form. “I eat a lot of dairy. I just feel like I do re­ally well when I’m on it,” she says. The same goes for veg­eta­bles. “I re­ally don’t like them, but I’ve started forc­ing my­self to eat them and now I en­joy it.” Her best tip to get more greens? “I add them to things that I like eat­ing, like pasta,” she says.
