Lie on your backs with your knees bent and the soles of your feet touch­ing. Push your feet against your part­ner’s feet to cre­ate ten­sion in your legs. Now lift your shoul­ders and move your left el­bow to­wards your right knee, while your left leg ex­tends. Your part­ner mir­rors the move. Now re­verse the move­ment and re­peat on the other side. Con­tinue al­ter­nat­ing.
