Stand fac­ing your part­ner with feet apart, weight bal­anced and core tight, hold­ing a medicine ball in front of you. Sit your hips back into a squat. As you stand back up, throw the ball to your part­ner, who squats im­me­di­ately on catch­ing it. Con­tinue throw­ing the ball back and forth.
