Sleep Yourself Better

Women's Health (South Africa) - - WE HEAR YOU -

Like many women, I go to bed very late and struggle to fall asleep. However, the article “Sleep On It” in the August issue was the beginning of the end of my sleepless nights. I’ve seen improvements in almost every aspect of my life, including more energy, improved patience, greater clarity of thought and less stress. Additionally, because of these wonderful changes, my immune system is stronger and I’m free of illnesses that previously burdened me at this time of the year, like allergies and flu. Overall, I feel better! I’m grateful to WH for providing such good advice, so many ideas and the latest research results – foolproof and straightforward. How wonderful to read that you actually need to sleep enough to achieve your dreams. Marie Oosthuizen, Bloemfontein
