TROP­I­CAL SMOOTHIE BOWL

PAPAYA + PINEAP­PLE + WIN­TER MELON + MANGO + KIWI =

1 small papaya, halved and seeded ¾ cup chopped pineap­ple ½ cup chopped win­ter melon ½ cup chopped mango ¼ cup fat-free plain yo­ghurt 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced 2 tsp chia seeds 2 tsp sliced al­monds, toasted Fresh mint, for gar­nish­ing

1/ Scoop ¼ cup flesh from each papaya half and com­bine it in a blen­der with ½ cup pineap­ple, half the win­ter melon and mango, the yo­ghurt and two ice cubes. Blend un­til smooth and pour into the papaya halves. 2/ Top each bowl with kiwi; re­main­ing mango, win­ter melon and pineap­ple. Scat­ter over chia and al­monds. Gar­nish with mint. SERVES 2
