TIP 2: Get a head start on your hy­dra­tion by drink­ing a glass of wa­ter with lemon juice first thing in the morn­ing. TIP 3: Avoid ex­cess salt, fizzy drinks, caf­feine and al­co­hol – they will de­hy­drate you. TIP 4: Love G&Ts? Cut down on un­nec­es­sary su­gar by swap­ping the tonic for a low-kJ cor­dial and mix­ing it with sparkling THIRSTI wa­ter. TIP 5: If you’re plan­ning on be­ing out in the sun for a long pe­riod of time, dou­ble your wa­ter in­take.
