Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet firmly on the floor. Imag­ine the top of your pu­bic bone is 12 o’clock, your right hip three o’clock, your tail bone six o’clock and your left hip nine o’clock. Slowly press your body down into the floor and roll into your right hip, be­fore rolling to six o’clock, nine o’clock and back to 12 o’clock. Con­tinue to move slowly for six rev­o­lu­tions, then re­verse for six anti-clock­wise rev­o­lu­tions. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet firmly on the floor. As you in­hale, squeeze the egg and lift your pelvis as high off the floor as is com­fort­able – keep­ing your vagi­nal mus­cles squeezed around the egg and your feet firmly pressed into the floor as you do. Ex­hale as you re­lease down to the floor. That’s one rep, do 10.
