You can get a range of ready­made sal­sas from Wool­worths or you can make your own fresh ver­sion by stir­ring to­gether half a chopped red onion, 2 chopped chill­ies, 1 minced gar­lic clove, a hand­ful of chopped co­rian­der, the juice from one lime and 4 to 6 chopped toma­toes. Sea­son with salt and pep­per.

1/ Spread the nut but­ter onto the taco. 2/ Top with ba­nana slices, then straw­berry and fi­nally the al­mond sliv­ers.
