Now my advice to personal trainers is to schedule in their priorities first – like family time or their own training – and then book in their clients around that.
3:30PM cut anything out. I see girls not eating carbs because they say they’re “bad”, but then they can’t explain why. If you have an intolerance, (for example, to gluten or dairy), then you may need to remove some foods from your diet, but otherwise, try not to restrict your diet too much. It can make it hard to stick to and you want to feel your best inside!
