While we aim to stick to the 80/20 rule, most of us prob­a­bly hover some­where around 60/40. Yes, I’m look­ing at you, Chardon­nay, deca­dent cheese cake and but­tery crois­sants. When you want the flaky lay­ers that come with a sat­is­fy­ing crunch of pas­try, just whip up any one of these cre­ations. They still carry a whack of nu­tri­ents and be­cause you know ex­actly what’s go­ing on them, they’re way bet­ter than a store-bought pie!
