white bread 4 slices but­ter 1T prawns 150 g, cleaned and chopped gar­lic 1 clove, crushed gin­ger 1 x 1.5 cm piece, peeled and crushed free-range egg whites 2 salt, to taste sesame seeds 2T

For the dip­ping sauce, mix: soya sauce ½ cup gin­ger 1 T crushed crushed smoked dried chill­ies 1½ t 1 Pre­heat the oven to 180°C. Melt the but­ter in a pan and toast the bread on both sides. 2 Blend the prawns, gar­lic, gin­ger, egg whites and sea­son­ing into a smooth paste.

3 Spread the paste onto the toasted bread, sprin­kle with sesame seeds and bake for 15 min­utes. 4 Serve with the dip­ping sauce. FAT-CON­SCIOUS
