SIMPLE SOYA AVOCADO SALAD

ripe avocados 3, peeled, stoned and quartered smoked paprika ½t red chilli flakes ½t white sesame seeds 1 T, toasted black sesame seeds 1 T, toasted sea salt ¼t
For the dressing: olive oil 2T soya sauce 1T
ClemenGold ½, zested and juiced
1 Place the avocados in a serving bowl.
2 To make the dressing, combine the olive oil, soya sauce and ClemenGold juice. Set aside. 3 Combine the ClemenGold zest, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, sesame seeds and salt. 4 When ready to serve, drizzle the dressing over the avocado and sprinkle with the spice mixture.
