What fresh hell is this? A new social media platform spewing out viral food trends? Here’s what you missed if you’re steering clear.

THREE-INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Eggs, sugar and peanut butter don’t sound like they’d ever form a solid cookie, but our head of digital (that’s me, the person writing this) has tried this and can confirm that it works. (Although they are extremely sweet – you have been warned!)

THE BREAKFAST SANDWICH

The virtue of this simple egg sandwich is the neat way it comes together. Pour beaten eggs into a pan, drop two pieces of bread on top, cook and then, with a flick of the wrist, fold your omelette and bread into a sandwich. (It’s more impressive in video form, promise.)

CINNAMON BUNFLAVOURED GNOCCHI

This one doesn’t actually sound terrible: readymade gnocchi is fried in a pan with butter, tossed with cinnamon sugar and drizzled with icing.
