With a brand-new platform, new engines and striking good looks, this four-door Porsche makes quite an impression. For those parents who need to do a really fast school run, pop over to your local Porsche dealer, as it’s recently gone on sale.
The current version of this hot little A-segment budget buy hit South Africa’s shores back in 2011 and has won many awards. This all-new Picanto, now in its third generation, will see a new 1,0-litre T-GDI engine added to the range.
This has always been a firm favourite of the WOW team, and the world: the Volkswagen Polo-rivalling Rio is the bestselling Kia model globally. This new generation has a lot to live up to, but we have no doubt it is just as impressive.
If you love the large XC90, you will probably be very happy to see this SUV arrive. It will in essence be a smaller version of the popular XC90. After being impressed with the gorgeous S90, which arrived earlier this year, we can only be excited about this guy.
Audi TT RS
This is the RS version of Audi’s popular TT two-door and, with a 2,5-litre, five-cylinder turbo engine, we’re hot under the collar in anticipation for it to arrive. It may even have landed in SA at the time of going to print … here’s hoping!
The big Benz bakkie will arrive early in 2018, and we can’t wait to drive it. Based on the Nissan Navara, the X-Class will bring new levels of luxury and customisation to a fiercely competitive segment.
