Word is this is the diet that helped the Duchess of Cam­bridge get her fab post-baby fig­ure, here’s how you can be a raw foodie too

MANY moms take months, if not years, to shed un­wanted post-baby weight. Heck, some of us never man­age to shake it. So we were very quick to take a sec­ond look at the young mother with her ra­di­ant com­plex­ion and en­vi­able fig­ure as she stood on the steps of St Mary’s Hos­pi­tal in Lon­don, just hours af­ter giv­ing birth to her sec­ond child, Char­lotte, in May 2015.

There were im­me­di­ately a num­ber of bizarre con­spir­acy the­o­ries about Cather­ine, the Duchess of Cam­bridge’s weight be­cause “there was no way some­body who has just given birth could look so good.”

It was like déjà vu back to July 2013 when she­quicklyshed her­post-preg­nancy bulge af­ter the birth of her first child, Ge­orge.
