Stand with feet shoul­der­width apart, knees slightly bent and hold a medicine ball above your head.

Ex­hale dur­ing move­ment and clench your stom­ach mus­cles.

Throw the ball to the ground in front of you with as much force as pos­si­ble.

Squat and pick up the ball. Lift the medicine ball close to your chest and move back to the start­ing po­si­tion.
