Sit on a stable bench or chair with your hands on either side of you. Slide your bottom off the bench with your legs at 90 degrees. Straighten your arms, keeping the elbows slightly bent to keep tension on the triceps.
Slowly bend the elbows and lower body towards the floor until elbows are at about 90 degrees. Keep the elbows close to your sides. Press down into the bench to straighten elbows while raising and lowering your body.
