Sit on a stable bench or chair with your hands on ei­ther side of you. Slide your bot­tom off the bench with your legs at 90 de­grees. Straighten your arms, keep­ing the el­bows slightly bent to keep tension on the tri­ceps.

Slowly bend the el­bows and lower body to­wards the floor un­til el­bows are at about 90 de­grees. Keep the el­bows close to your sides. Press down into the bench to straighten el­bows while rais­ing and low­er­ing your body.
