4 FAMILY FOOD RESOLUTIONS
Adrian suggests the following healthy new habits for the whole family to adopt.
1. COOK MORE
Cooking as opposed to getting takeaways means you can control the ingredients your family is consuming.
2. INVOLVE EVERYONE
Give all the members of your family a small job (and not just the boring tasks) such as tasting the stew, rinsing the rice or whisking sauces.
3. CREATE MENUS
Draw up a menu template and stick it on the fridge or use an old chalkboard. Let each person choose a meal at least once a week.
4. TRY SOMETHING NEW
Learn a new cooking technique or try a new ingredient at least once a month. Or sign up for a cooking course to up your skills.
