1. COOK MORE

Cook­ing as op­posed to get­ting take­aways means you can con­trol the in­gre­di­ents your fam­ily is con­sum­ing.

2. IN­VOLVE EV­ERY­ONE

Give all the mem­bers of your fam­ily a small job (and not just the bor­ing tasks) such as tast­ing the stew, rins­ing the rice or whisk­ing sauces.

3. CRE­ATE MENUS

Draw up a menu tem­plate and stick it on the fridge or use an old chalk­board. Let each per­son choose a meal at least once a week.

4. TRY SOME­THING NEW

Learn a new cook­ing tech­nique or try a new in­gre­di­ent at least once a month. Or sign up for a cook­ing course to up your skills.
