❯ Walk more – find a few min­utes be­fore or af­ter work, or set aside time dur­ing your lunch break.

❯ Set your alarm for ev­ery hour to re­mind you to get you up from your desk and take a five-minute wa­ter break to also walk or stretch.

❯ Phone and email col­leagues less – get up and go talk to them.

❯ Keep a re­sis­tance band at work and do a few ex­er­cises at your desk.

❯ Swop your chair for an ex­er­cise ball.

FOR KIDS
