DID YOU ENJOYTHIS DIET?
Yes, it wasn’t really that hard to stick to and fitted easily into my lifestyle. The food was tasty and easy to prepare. The diet also didn’t cut out any major food groups so I found it balanced. For me, this diet wasn’t just about losing kilograms and centimetres (although I did lose a few around my tummy), it also made me feel healthy and confident.

I found attending social functions difficult as the restaurants might not have anything on the menu that suits my meal plan for that evening and the diet doesn’t include any alcohol.

The food choices were fine. I was never hungry and I had more than enough energy.
WAS IT EASY TO STICKTO?
Yes, because the plan didn’t include any unusual items. I could find all the products and easily prepare the meals. You just have to plan well in advance and use a shopping list.
WOULD YOU RECOMMEND IT?
Yes, because my tummy really felt much flatter after only a few weeks. It is definitely something that you can continue doing in the long term.
WHAT’S YOUR ADVICE?
Make sure you have all the necessary groceries in your home to prepare your meals in the eating plan in advance – this helps to avoid any cheating. It’s also best to remove all temptations from your home.
