HYDRATION DURING EXERCISE
You can lose a lot of water while exercising so it’s important to take special care to stay hydrated.
Drink two extra glasses of water a few hours before your workout.
Drink another glass 30 minutes before your workout.
Drink a glass of water for every 15 minutes you are exercising.
Weigh yourself before and after your workout to see how much water you’ve lost. Drink half a litre of water for every half a kilogram lost.
