unsweet­ened

al­mond milk

30 ml (2 T) whey

pro­tein pow­der

15 ml (1T) raw

al­mond but­ter

or ground flax

seed 8 straw­ber­ries,

stalks re­moved 6 ice blocks

1 Blend all the in­gre­di­ents in a food pro­ces­sor. Serve im­me­di­ately.

Re­place the straw­ber­ries with other berries such as blue­ber­ries or rasp­ber­ries, if pre­ferred.
