10 ml (2 t) oil 15 ml (1 T) butter 1 onion, sliced
into rings 4-6 lamb chops black pepper 10 ml (2 t) steak
and chops spice 60 ml (¼ c) Worces

1 Heat the oil and butter in a pan and fry the onion rings until soft and brown. Drain on kitchen paper and set aside. 2 Place the chops in a glass bowl and season with the pepper and spice. Pour over the Worcester sauce and marinade for 15 minutes. 3 Braai the chops over hot coals until just cooked about 15-20 minutes, turning often. Spoon the onion rings on top and serve with parsley baby potatoes.
S Braai the fatty edges of chops before cooking the meaty sides. S Place the cooked onion rings in a black cast-iron pot, arrange the cooked chops on top and cover. Place near the fire and keep warm until cooked. Serve with pot bread to mop up the onions.
