PORK CHOPS WITH PARmE­SAN CREAm SAUCE

MEAT 4 pork neck chops,

cut 2 cm thick hand­ful chopped fresh sage and rose­mary olive oil salt and freshly ground black pep­per SAUCE 30 g but­ter 1 onion, chopped 1 gar­lic clove,

crushed 125 ml (½ c) dry

white wine 30 ml (2 T) cake flour, mixed to a paste with a lit­tle wa­ter 250 ml (1 c) cream 60 ml (¼ c) grated Parme­san cheese 1 Meat Ar­range the chops in a non­metal bowl, sprin­kle with the herbs and driz­zle with oil Mar­i­nate for 15 min­utes Sea­son with salt and pep­per 2 Braai over hot coals for about 15-20 min­utes un­til just done, turn­ing of­ten 3 Sauce Melt the but­ter and fry the onion and gar­lic un­til soft Add the wine and bring to the boil Thicken with the flour paste, sea­son with salt and pep­per and add the cream Heat un­til fra­grant and thick Add the cheese and stir un­til melted 4 Pour over the chops just be­fore serv­ing
