2 large brown mush­rooms 1 small cauliflower,

sliced into steaks 1 red pep­per, sliced

into large chunks gar­lic oil TO SERVE 1 bok choy (op­tional) 125 g Brie cheese,

sliced 1 roll black pep­per cream cheese, sliced

1 Place the veg­eta­bles on a braai grid and brush well with gar­lic oil Braai over hot coals un­til slightly charred 2 To serve Place the bok choy (if us­ing) on a plate Top with a mush­room, slice of cheese, a cauliflower steak, a red pep­per slice, more cauliflower and a slice of cream cheese Se­cure with a ke­bab skewer Re­peat with the rest of the ingredients
