chicken stock 1 onion, sliced 5 ml (1 t) Chi­nese

five-spice mix 1 gar­lic clove,

crushed 2 ml (½ t) cayenne

pep­per rice noo­dles to

serve 1 Sea­son the chicken with salt and pep­per Heat the oil in a skot­tel braai and brown the chicken all over 2 Sauce Mix to­gether all the ingredients, ex­cept the noo­dles, and pour over the chicken 3 Sim­mer gen­tly for about 35 min­utes un­til the sauce has re­duced and the chicken is done 4 Serve with rice noo­dles
