Mushroom kebabs
800 g assorted mushrooms 60 ml (¼ c) butter
4 garlic cloves, crushed 2 chillies, chopped
30 ml (2 T) chopped
rosemary salt and freshly ground
pepper
1 Thread an assortment of mushrooms onto 6 kebab skewers.
2 Melt the butter with the

rest of the ingredients and brush over the kebabs.
3 Braai on a grid over the coals until done. Brush often with the savoury butter.
4 Season with salt and pepper and serve.
