Mush­room ke­babs

800 g as­sorted mush­rooms 60 ml (¼ c) but­ter

4 gar­lic cloves, crushed 2 chill­ies, chopped

30 ml (2 T) chopped

rose­mary salt and freshly ground

1 Thread an as­sort­ment of mush­rooms onto 6 ke­bab skew­ers.

2 Melt the but­ter with the

3 Braai on a grid over the coals un­til done. Brush of­ten with the savoury but­ter.

4 Sea­son with salt and pep­per and serve.
