VARIATIONS FOR PREPPING
1 Stretch out the wings and thread onto kebab skewers.
2 Make lollipops: cut off the wing tip and use a knife to push the flesh of the middle bone over the sturdiest bone to form the ball of the lollipop.
3 Cut the wings through the joints to make smaller pieces and fry the pieces in a castiron pot.
