LEMON AND HERB RUB

Delicious on fish, lamb and pork.
MAKES ABOUT 35 ml
4 cloves garlic, chopped grated zest of 1 lemon
10 ml (2 t) finely chopped fresh rosemary
5 ml (1 t) dried basil
3 ml (generous ½ t) dried thyme 5 ml (1 t) salt
3 ml (generous ½ t) black pepper Mix all the ingredients and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
