Honey and soy pork chops with pineap­ple salsa

HONEY AND SOY PORK CHOPS WITH PINEAP­PLE SALSA

MARI­NADE AND MEAT 30 ml (2 T) honey

30 ml (2 T) hoisin sauce 15 ml (1 T) soy sauce 4 bone­less pork chops such as the neck, cut 2,5 cm thick SALSA

1 can (440 g) pineap­ple chunks, drained

1 red pep­per, diced 1 small onion, finely

chopped

1 green chilli, seeded and

chopped

10 ml (2 t) le­mon juice pinch of salt

1 Mari­nade and meat Mix the honey, hoisin sauce and soy sauce and rub over the chops.

2 Al­low to mar­i­nate for 15 min­utes, then braai over mod­er­ate to hot coals, for about 15 min­utes turn­ing of­ten un­til golden brown and done.

3 Salsa Mix to­gether all the in­gre­di­ents. Serve with the meat.
