Six sauces and flavoured but­ters

CHEESE AND MUSH­ROOM SAUCE

15 ml (1 T) oil

125 g mush­rooms, sliced 2 cloves gar­lic, chopped 125 ml (½ c) sour cream hand­ful grated

Parme­san cheese thin slices of Ched­dar cheese

1 Heat the oil and fry the mush­rooms and gar­lic un­til done, about 3 min­utes.

2 Add the sour cream and sim­mer un­til slightly thick­ened, about 3 min­utes. Add the Parme­san cheese and stir un­til melted.

3 Place thin slices of Ched­dar cheese on each steak be­fore top­ping with the sauce.
