You can also use chicken breast fillets. Cube the fillets and thread onto kebab skewers.

30 ml (2 T) tikka spice mix 30 ml (2 T) tandoori spice mix 15 ml (1 T) dried
chilli flakes juice of 1 lemon
250 ml (1 c) plain yoghurt 8 rotis to serve 1 Make three incisions in the thickest part of each chicken piece and arrange in a marinating dish.
2 Marinade Mix together all the marinade ingredients and coat the chicken well.
3 Marinate for at least 30 minutes but preferably overnight.
4 Braai for about 20 minutes over moderate coals, turning frequently until done.
5 Serve the chicken with rotis.
