S’mores with di­ges­tive bis­cuits

200 g marsh­mal­lows

400 g di­ges­tive bis­cuits

100 g each milk and white choco­late

1 Thread 1 or 2 marsh­mal­lows at a time on long skew­ers and toast over the coals un­til melt­ing.

2 Put the marsh­mal­low(s) be­tween 2 bis­cuits and press to­gether.

3 Melt the choco­late in separate saucepans over the coals. Dip half of the cookie in milk choco­late and the other in white. Leave to set.

3 Make the sauces ahead of time and re­heat in the mi­crowave for 30 sec­onds. Keep them warm over the last heat

of the braai coals.
