S’mores with digestive biscuits
200 g marshmallows
400 g digestive biscuits
100 g each milk and white chocolate
1 Thread 1 or 2 marshmallows at a time on long skewers and toast over the coals until melting.
2 Put the marshmallow(s) between 2 biscuits and press together.
3 Melt the chocolate in separate saucepans over the coals. Dip half of the cookie in milk chocolate and the other in white. Leave to set.
3 Make the sauces ahead of time and reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Keep them warm over the last heat of the braai coals.
