1 mealie in the husk per per­son flavoured but­ter of your choice

(recipes on pages 15 and 70)

1 Pull back the husks of the mealie, rub the ker­nels with flavoured but­ter, cover with the husks again and tie in place. Wrap in foil if not in husks.

2 Po­si­tion close to mod­er­ate coals for about 30 min­utes or un­til done.
