BROC­COLI AND CHICKEN PIE

750 ml ( 3 c) cooked rice ( 250 ml raw) 4- 6 chicken breast fil­lets or 1 whole chicken, cooked and shred­ded 400 g broc­coli, steamed or cooked un­til just done 250 g phyllo pas­try 30 ml ( 2 T) melted but­ter 1 Pre­heat the oven to 180 ° C 2 Sauce Mix the ingredients 3 Pie Layer half the rice, chicken and broc­coli in an oven­proof dish Spoon half the sauce over and re­peat the lay­ers, end­ing with a Iayer of sauce 4 Break the phyllo pas­try into pieces and scrunch them up Ar­range the pieces tightly to­gether on top of the fill­ing Brush with the melted but­ter and bake for 20 min­utes or un­til the fill­ing is heated through and the pas­try is golden and crisp
