SPICY FISH WITH PEAR COLESLAW

4 fish por­tions salt and freshly ground pep­per 5 ml ( 1 t) pa­prika 5 ml ( 1 t) cayenne pep­per 10 ml ( 2 t) ground cumin 10 ml ( 2 t) gar­lic pow­der 30 ml ( 2 T) olive oil

SALAD

350 g coleslaw mix ( see tip) 2 pears, cut into match­sticks

DRESS­ING

60 ml ( ¼ c) may­on­naise 60 ml ( ¼ c) plain yo­ghurt 2 ml ( ½ t) ground cumin

TO SERVE

45 ml ( 3 T) toasted sun­flower seeds Pre­heat the oven to 230 ° C 1 Sea­son the fish with salt and pep­per 2 Mix the pa­prika, cayenne pep­per, ground cumin and gar­lic pow­der and sea­son both sides of the fish with the mix­ture 3 Brush with the olive oil and ar­range on a bak­ing sheet Bake for 10- 15 min­utes or un­til done 4 Salad Toss to­gether the coleslaw mix and pears 5 Dress­ing Whisk to­gether the ingredients Pour over the coleslaw and toss 6 To serve Scat­ter the sun­flower seeds on the salad and serve with the fish
