Rye bread sand­wiches: Cut 1 rye bread into 3 hor­i­zon­tal lay­ers but not all the way through. Spread mus­tard be­tween the lay­ers and fill with red onion rings, thick slices of Brie cheese and rocket. If pre­ferred, braai the bread quickly over hot coals.
