This refreshing drink is easy and quick to make.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
125 ml (½ c) fresh berries or strawberries ½ banana, sliced 100 ml plain, low-fat yoghurt 50 ml strawberry fruit yoghurt mint leaves to garnish (optional)
1 Set aside some of the fruit. Put the rest in a food processor with the two kinds of yoghurt. Purée until smooth. 2 Pour into a glass, decorate with the reserved fruit and garnish with mint leaves, if using.
