Berry smoothie

This re­fresh­ing drink is easy and quick to make.

1 smoothie

Prepa­ra­tion time: 5 min­utes

125 ml (½ c) fresh berries or straw­ber­ries ½ banana, sliced 100 ml plain, low-fat yo­ghurt 50 ml straw­berry fruit yo­ghurt mint leaves to gar­nish (op­tional)

1 Set aside some of the fruit. Put the rest in a food pro­ces­sor with the two kinds of yo­ghurt. Purée un­til smooth. 2 Pour into a glass, dec­o­rate with the re­served fruit and gar­nish with mint leaves, if us­ing.
