This healthy fruit dish makes for a sweet and filling breakfast.
1 fruit cup
Preparation time: 5 minutes
125 ml (½ c) fruit salad 200 ml fat-free, plain yoghurt 125 ml (½ c) muesli mint leaves to garnish (optional)
1 Purée half the fruit salad and mix with the yoghurt. 2 Sprinkle the muesli in the bottom of a glass and spoon the yoghurt mixture on top. 3 Place the remaining fruit salad on top and garnish with mint leaves, if using.
