500 g lean mince 2 eggs 2 small onions finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 30 ml (2 T) each chopped mint and parsley 7 ml (1½ t) ground cumin 2 ml (½ t) each turmeric, ground cinnamon
and chilli powder salt
250 ml (1 c) thick Greek yoghurt 10 ml (2 t) finely chopped garlic 15 ml (1 T) finely chopped fresh mint juice and zest of 1 lemon 30 ml (2T) olive oil
Kebabs Mix the ingredients. Shape 80 ml (¹⁄3 c) of the mince mixture around each skewer. Chill for 20 minutes. Braai until done. 2 Dip Mix the ingredients and serve the dip with kebabs.
