MINCE KE­BABS

YOU Low Carb - - Meat -

500 g lean mince 2 eggs 2 small onions finely chopped 2 gar­lic cloves, finely chopped 30 ml (2 T) each chopped mint and pars­ley 7 ml (1½ t) ground cumin 2 ml (½ t) each turmeric, ground cin­na­mon

and chilli pow­der salt

MINT DIP

250 ml (1 c) thick Greek yo­ghurt 10 ml (2 t) finely chopped gar­lic 15 ml (1 T) finely chopped fresh mint juice and zest of 1 le­mon 30 ml (2T) olive oil

Ke­babs Mix the in­gre­di­ents. Shape 80 ml (¹⁄3 c) of the mince mix­ture around each skewer. Chill for 20 min­utes. Braai un­til done. 2 Dip Mix the in­gre­di­ents and serve the dip with ke­babs.
