Meat­balls with pineap­ple and avo salsa

The pineap­ple and av­o­cado salsa is also de­li­cious with fish and chicken.

SALSA 12 small meat­balls (4 por­tions)

MEAT­BALLS

250 g beef mince 1 small ap­ple, finely grated pinch of ground cumin salt and pep­per hand­ful of chopped fresh co­rian­der

Prepa­ra­tion time: 20 min­utes Cook­ing time: 12-15 min­utes

250 ml (1 c) diced pineap­ple 1 av­o­cado, diced 250 ml (1 c) diced cu­cum­ber large hand­ful chopped fresh co­rian­der or rocket splash of rice vine­gar

1 Pre­heat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a bak­ing sheet with non­stick spray.

2 Meat­balls Mix all the in­gre­di­ents lightly and shape into 12 small meat­balls. 3 Ar­range on the bak­ing sheet and spray well with non­stick spray. Bake un­til just done and still moist, about 12-15 min­utes.

4 Salsa Mix the in­gre­di­ents and serve with the meat­balls.
