Kebabs over the coals
12 chicken wings, tips removed
30 ml (2 T) oil 45 ml (3 T) soy sauce 5 ml (1 t) xylitol 1 garlic clove, chopped 1 onion, chopped juice and zest of 1 lemon 10 ml (2 t) grated ginger sesame seeds, for sprinkling on top
¼ cucumber, diced ½ small onion, diced 2 red chillies, chopped 60 ml (¼ c) each xylitol & white grape vinegar
1 Kebabs Thread the wings onto skewers. 2 Marinade Mix the ingredients, pour over the wings and marinate for 1 hour. Braai until done and scatter the seeds over. 3 Dip Mix the ingredients. Serve with the kebabs.
