WITCHETTY GRUB IN AUSTRALIA
The original inhabitants of Australia regard the witchetty grub as a delicacy. It’s actually the larva of a moth that’s found in the trunk of the witchetty bush.
If you’re brave enough, bite off the bottom part of the worm and throw away its head. Chew it until just the skin is left then spit it out. Sound yummy? You can also thread the larvae onto skewers and braai them.
