POSH WON’T PLAY NICE SPICE
The fame she enjoyed with the Spice Girls may have helped put Victoria Beckham in the spotlight but she has no interest in reprising her role or slipping back into that famous little black dress.
Even though she has no intention of taking to the stage, Posh still stands to pocket millions of pounds from the tour.
The business-savvy star retains a significant stake in both the Spice Girls’ image and music rights, meaning she’ll rake in royalties.
While Victoria, whose net worth is a staggering £345 million (R6,4 billion), puts on a good show of being chums with the others, rumours of a rift refuse to die down.
Just days before announcing the reunion tour, Mel B took a swipe at Victoria at Heidi Klum’s Halloween party.
She donned a skin-tight black dress – Victoria’s signature Spice Girls look – a mask of Posh’s face and a sign that said, “No I’m not going on tour.” Mel’s companion, dressed as David Beckham, held a sign that read, “Please, please, please do it for the Spice Girls fans.”
