Guests en­joyed canapés of fresh oys­ters served with a straw­berry, basil and black pep­per salsa. Mains in­cluded slow-roasted Asian-in­spired pork belly on a litchi salad with sesame-seed dressing, mar­i­nated and grilled os­trich fil­let and pan-seared trout with sides. Dessert was koek­sis­ter “truf­fles”, milk tart panna cotta and Amarula fudge.
