CHOCO­LATE GANACHE

250 ml (1 c) cream

30 ml (2 T) but­ter

500 ml (2 c) dark choco­late, bro­ken into blocks

1 Heat the cream and but­ter to­gether in the mi­crowave un­til the but­ter melts. Pour over the choco­late blocks and leave to melt.

2 Once the choco­late has melted, mix well and leave to cool un­til it thick­ens slightly.
