IN­HALE, AND THEN EX­HALE AS YOU RAISE YOUR ARMS TO SHOUL­DER HEIGHT WITH THE PALMS FAC­ING DOWN­WARDS. LOWER YOUR ARMS, TURN YOUR PALMS OUT­WARDS AND THEN BEND YOUR EL­BOWS TO CURL THE WEIGHTS IN­WARDS, TENS­ING YOUR BI­CEPS AS YOU DO SO. STRAIGHTEN YOUR ARMS AND THEN RE­PEAT THIS SE­QUENCE 10 TO 15 TIMES, WORK­ING UP TO THREE SETS.
