Hips, thighs and bum

Your Baby & Toddler - - Just for You -

YOUR PROBLEM

Notorious problem areas for women, the hips, thighs and bum also take strain during and after pregnancy. Mostly this is because nutrition and activity levels tend to change (for the worse) during pregnancy, and so you put weight on where women most often put on weight – these areas.

THE SOLUTION

Post-baby weight can take a long time to shed; so don’t aim to be back in those skinny jeans too quickly. Drastic exercise and diet plans can be very detrimental, and don’t forget all the work that your body did to carry that baby for you! Stick to a healthy, balanced diet and do exercises that target multiple muscles, particularly in this area.
