Chicken salad wraps
Takes 25 mins
30ml olive or avocado oil 3 chicken breasts, cut into strips juice of 1 lemon 3ml dried oregano
4 wholewheat wraps
60ml sweet chilli sauce ½ lettuce, shredded 2 tomatoes, sliced ½ cucumber, sliced 1 Grease the pan with cooking spray and fry the chicken on high for 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice and oregano. Season. Fry until the chicken is cooked through. 2 Heat the wraps in a dry pan. Spread sweet chilli sauce onto each wrap, top with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and chicken. Roll up.
