Chicken salad wraps

30ml olive or avo­cado oil 3 chicken breasts, cut into strips juice of 1 le­mon 3ml dried oregano

4 whole­wheat wraps

60ml sweet chilli sauce ½ let­tuce, shred­ded 2 toma­toes, sliced ½ cu­cum­ber, sliced 1 Grease the pan with cook­ing spray and fry the chicken on high for 2 min­utes. Add the le­mon juice and oregano. Sea­son. Fry un­til the chicken is cooked through. 2 Heat the wraps in a dry pan. Spread sweet chilli sauce onto each wrap, top with let­tuce, toma­toes, cu­cum­ber and chicken. Roll up.
