LUNCH

A sand­wich or chicken salad or leftover supper.

DIN­NER

One of the fol­low­ing: Curry and rice. Pasta with chicken or mince. Grilled fish with potato wedges and salad. Meat­balls and rice. Take­away once a week (Nando’s or McDon­ald’s).

Steak with veg­eta­bles, rice and salad.

SNACKS

Grapes. Ap­ple. Marie bis­cuits. Cho­co­late. Jelly ba­bies.

LIQ­UIDS

Five glasses of wa­ter. Tea. A home­made smoothie with fruit, yo­ghurt and sugar.

Or­ange juice.
